Apps Studio Online ("we", "us", or "our") built the Safe Drive AI mobile application ("App") with privacy as a core principle. This Privacy Policy explains our data practices so you can use the App with confidence.

The short version: we do not collect, store, or share your personal data. Your location, speed, and camera feed are processed entirely on your device and never leave it.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, store, or transmit:

• Your name, email address, or any other identifying information.
• Your GPS location or driving route.
• Images or video captured by your camera.
• Your driving speed or speed limit data.
• Usage statistics, behavioral analytics, or tracking data of any kind.
• Data shared with any third-party advertising or analytics services.

3. Camera and Location

3.1 Camera

The App uses your device camera solely to detect traffic signs in real time. All image processing is performed on-device using on-device machine learning. No camera frames or images are stored or transmitted to any server.

3.2 Location and Speed

The App accesses your device's GPS to determine your current speed and compare it to detected speed limits. This data is used only in real time, on your device. It is never recorded, stored, or sent to our servers or any third party.

4. Diagnostic Data

To maintain and improve the App's reliability, the App may send anonymous, non-personal crash and error logs to our servers when a technical failure occurs. These logs contain only diagnostic information about the failure itself — no location data, no speed data, and no camera content.

This data is used exclusively for debugging and is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in maintaining a functional, safe product.

5. Purchase Verification

When you make an in-app purchase, your payment is processed entirely by Google Play or Apple App Store. We receive only an anonymous purchase verification token from the store solely to confirm your license status. This token does not identify you personally and is not stored beyond the verification process.

We do not have access to your payment card details, billing address, or any other financial information.

6. Your Rights

Because we do not collect or store personal data about you, most privacy rights — such as the right to access, correct, or delete personal information — are satisfied by default: there is simply no personal data about you for us to provide, correct, or delete.

7. Children

The App is not directed at or intended for use by anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. Age ratings are set through the respective app store metadata.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Such changes will be announced in the version release notes available from the app stores. A newer version of this Privacy Policy published with an app release replaces and voids the previous version as of its date of publication on the app stores.
