Terms and Conditions
1. General
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Safe Drive AI mobile application ("App") developed and operated by Apps Studio Online, D-U-N-S® number 933915350. By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Apps Studio Online reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Such changes will be announced in the version release notes available from the app stores. A newer version of these Terms published with an app release replaces and voids the previous version as of its date of publication on the app stores.
The App is not directed at or intended for use by anyone under the age of 16.
2. Important Safety Notice
Please read this section carefully before using the App.
- The App is NOT an autopilot or a substitute for attentive driving. You must keep your full attention on the road, traffic conditions, and all posted signs at all times while driving.
- The App uses on-device image recognition technology that may not detect or correctly identify every traffic sign in all conditions. Do not rely solely on the App's alerts when making driving decisions.
- Apps Studio Online expressly disclaims all liability for any accident, injury, loss, or damage — whether to persons or property — arising from or related to the use of the App. By using the App, you acknowledge and accept this risk.
3. No Account Required
The App does not require you to create or log in to an account with Apps Studio Online. All functionality is accessible directly through your device.
4. License and Usage
4.1 Free Tier
Apps Studio Online grants you a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for up to 15 minutes per calendar day. This free usage period resets at midnight local time. Please note that sign recognition accuracy may vary depending on sign design, country, and road conditions — we encourage you to try the App before purchasing a license.
4.2 Paid License
Use of the App beyond the free daily period requires purchase of a paid license, available in two forms:
- Lifetime license — a one-time purchase granting unlimited use of the current App version and all future updates.
- Subscription — recurring access billed on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan selected at purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play or Apple App Store account settings.
4.3 Multi-Device Use
Your license may be used across any number of devices, provided all devices are signed in to the same Google Play or Apple App Store account used for the original purchase.
5. Payments and Refunds
All purchases are processed exclusively by Google Play or Apple App Store (as applicable). Apps Studio Online does not handle payment details directly and bears no liability for billing errors, failed transactions, or payment disputes.
Refund requests are subject to the refund policies of the respective store. Please contact Google Play or Apple App Store support to request a refund.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Common Courts of Georgia. Consumer-related matters may additionally be referred to the Competition and Consumer Protection Agency of Georgia.
7. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Apps Studio Online with respect to your use of the App. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
